Partners was created through the acquisition of six of the top
the line independently owned companies in South Florida, the
oldest having been operating since 1974.
The company founders have a combined total of over 70 years in
the alarm business. They believed that with the recent
consolidation of alarm companies and the emergence of the mega
central stations that a company operating in the local
community providing quality service at fair prices was what
the South Florida market wanted and needed.
The company built a state of the art UL Listed central station
with the finest automation available in the industry in there
own building in Delray beach Florida. The central station
offers such advanced features as alarm action patterns,
automatic voice recording of all calls, video verification,
unattended report generation, customer access and a variety of
other features. In addition the central station is fully
redundant in all items allowing for uninterrupted service to
our clients.

 In
addition the company has equipped all service and
installation vehicles
with GPS tracking systems to allow us to know at all
times where all technicians are so we can provide faster
service thru efficient routing. All technicians
are scheduled thru an electronic schedule board that is
linked to our account base. All technicians
carry hand held devices linked to the Alarm Partners
service system. These devices allow us to
electronically dispatch all service and than give the
technician access to all service history, parts used on
the job and central station activity. This allows
us to perform service based on increased knowledge of
the account which means fewer mistakes. |
